About Primary Care Today

Primary Care Today is recognised as one of the leading publications for healthcare professionals in the UK.

The publication is distributed free, on a monthly basis, to NHS Alliance members and to a wide range of targeted decision-makers and influential personnel in every primary care organisation through the continuously revised database.

It is mailed electronically, by name, to every PCO Chairperson, Chief Executive and Vice-Chairperson; to SHA representatives, Primary Care Trust Executive Committee Chairs, GP and Nurse representatives and all other executive Committee members; as well as to every PCO lead for Clinical Governance, Commissioning, Communications, Community Issues, Education, Finance, Healthcare Strategy, ICT, Mental Health, PCIP/GMS, Prescribing, Pharmacy and Optometry, Primary Care Development and Secondary Care; plus other advisers and procurement specialists within collaborative procurement hubs (CPHs).

In addition to the monthly electronic version, the magazine is printed four times a year to coincide with leading healthcare exhibitions including The Commissioning Show, NHS Alliance conferences and Primary Care at the NEC.
